TDE1798 Description

TDE1798 0.5A INTELLIGENT POWER SWITCH HIGH OUTPUT CURRENT 500mA SHORT-CIRCUIT PROTECTION UP TO VCC = +35V INTERNAL THERMAL PROTECTION WITH EXTERNAL RE.
The TDE1798 is an interface circuit delivering high currents and capable of driving any type of loads.
