The LVQ240 is a low voltage CMOS OCTAL BUS BUFFER fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS PIN CONNECTION AND IEC.

74LVQ240 Applications

* It has better speed performance at 3.3V than 5V LSTTL family combined with the true CMOS low power consumption. G output control governs four BUS BUFFERs. This device is designed to be used with 3 state memory address drivers, etc. All inputs and outputs are equipped with protection circuits agains
