KS05BL4 Low Capacitance ESD Protection / Bi-directional

The KS05BL4 is a transient voltage suppressors (TVS) which provide a very high level protection for sensitive electronic components that may be subjected to electrostatic discharge (ESD). It is particularly well-suited for cellular phones, PMP, MID, PDA, digital cameras and other electronic equipmen.
