SY6818, High Current Over voltage Protection Switch

SY6818 is an over voltage protection switch with high current capability to prevent damage to the downstream system with low voltage rating.

It achieves wide input voltage range from 2.5 VDC to 30 VDC .

Programmable OVP is available with simple external resistor divider.
