Description

The SY8008A, SY8008B and SY8008C are highefficiency 1.5MHz synchronous step-down DC-DC regulator ICs capable of delivering up to 1.2A output currents.

Features

low Rds(on) for internal switches (top/bottom) ο SY8008A: 300m Ω /250m Ω, 0.6A ο SY8008B: 250m Ω /200m Ω, 1A ο SY8008C: 200m Ω /150m Ω, 1.2A.
2.5-5.5V input voltage range.
1.5MHz switching frequency minimizes the external components.
Internal softstart limits the inrush current.
100% dropout operation.
RoHS Compliant and Halogen Free.
Compact package: SOT23-5/ TSOT23-5 pin Ordering Information.
