Generates up to 8 non-integer-related frequency crystal: 25 or 27 MHz frequencies from 2.5 kHz to 200 MHz.

Core VDD: 1.8 V, 2.5 V or 3.3 V.
Glitchless frequency changes.
Output VDDO: 1.8 V, 2.5 V or 3.3 V.
Low output period jitter: < 70 ps pp, typ.
