TK14583V-G - Wide band FM IF IC

Description

The TK14583V-G is a FM IF IC developed for high speed communication, including mixer (up to 500MHz) and IF ( up to 12MHz).

Its RSSI output is trimmed individually and very accurate and its temperature characteristic is stable.

Its Mixer has high gain and wide dynamic range.

Features

  • Input Frequency Mixer: up to500MHz IF: up to 12MHz.
  • Low Voltage Operation: VOP=2.5V to 5.5V.
  • High Speed Data Comparator: to 2Mbps.
  • Wide Band Amplifier: to 1MHz.
  • Active High On/off Control(Battery Save Function).
  • Wide Band Demodulator: to 100kHz.
  • Small Package: TSSOP-24.
  • Mixer: up to500MHz IF: up to 12MHz On/off() : TSSOP-24.
