    TM2001 2.4-2.5GHz Front End Module General Description The TM2001 manufactured on LTCC technology is a high integration front-end module for wireless application between 2.4 to 2.5GHz ISM band. Consisting of a low noise amplifier and a high efficiency power amplifier, the TM2001 offers significant increases in operating range and performance. It is offered in a 5 X 5mm surface mount module optimized for a 50Ω system. This high efficiency device makes it ideal for Bluetooth, Wireless Data Terminal and portable battery powered equipment. The device also features analog power control to optimize transmit power while maximizing battery life in portable equipments. The power control function also eliminates the need for directional couplers, detector diodes and other power control circuitry.
