DESCRIPTION
The XC74UL series is manufactured using silicon Gate CMOS processes. The CMOS low power feature provides high speed operation that equal LS-TTL. In order to be able to apply voltages over and above the power supply voltage, it is possible to change the level from 5V~3V systems. With wave forming buffers connected internally, stabilized output can be achieved as the series offers high noise immunity. As the series is integrated into mini molded, SSOT-25 and SON-6 package, high density mounting is possible.
