The TB9M003FG is a gate driver IC with a microcontroller unit (MCU) for automotive brushless DC (BLDC) motor applications, which incorporates Toshiba’s unique Vector Engine (VE) to simplify motor vector control and offload the CPU. The TB9M003FG is designed to be used with external N-channel FET pai.
