2. General
The TLP3407S photorelay consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light emitting diode. It is housed in a S-VSON4 package. The TLP3407S features a very small on-resistance and on/off switching of current as high as 1.0 A, making it ideal for switching applications in high-speed testers.
