UM9711 Description

UM9711 90mΩ, 1.5A High-Side Power Switches with Flag UM9711S SOT23-5 UM9711S8 SOP8 UM9711AS8 SOP8 General .
The UM9711/UM9711A is a low voltage, single N-MOSFET high-side power switch, optimized for self-powered and bus-powered Universal Serial Bus (USB) app.

UM9711 Features

* include soft-start to limit inrush current during plug-in, thermal shutdown to prevent catastrophic switch failure from high-current loads, under-voltage lockout (UVLO) to ensure that the device remains off unless there is a valid input voltage present. The maximum current is limited to typically 2.

UM9711 Applications

* The UM9711/UM9711A is equipped with a charge pump circuitry to drive the internal MOSFET switch; the __s_w___i_t_ch's low RDS(ON), 90mΩ, meets USB voltage drop requirements. The UM9711 provides a FLG signal pin which is an N-Channel open drain MOSFET output. The flag output is available to indicate
