The relays are constructed as a multi-chip hybrid device.

Actuation control is via an infrared LED.

The relays are constructed as a multi-chip hybrid device. Actuation control is via an infrared LED. The output switch is a combination of a photodiode array with MOSFET switches and control circuity.
