Features
- The devices are modifications of the TFDU5107 devices. An additional new feature as in TFDU5107 is the adjustable logic voltage Vddlogic swing. It can be set externally between 1.5 V and 5.5 V. The device covers the supply voltage range from 5.5 V down to 2.7 V and with its low current consumption it is optimum suited for battery powered.
