The epc635 is a fully integrated 3D-TOF imager with a resolution of 160 x 60 pixels (Half-QQVGA).

3D TOF imager in full monolithic design.
160 x 60 pixel-field, backside illuminated.
128 fps full 3D TOF frame rate, in rolling mode up to 512fps.
Integrated temperature sensor.
Measurement performance.
Absolute accuracy in the centimeter range with appropriate setup and calibration.
Integrated LED (or laser diode) driver.
Laser diode (LD) illumination possible.
Open-drain LED output pad, up to 200mA drive.
