The TMUX9616x is a 16-channel low resistance, low capacitance high-voltage analog switch integrated circuit (IC) with latch-up immunity.

* Wide supply range or input signal range:
* Dual supply: ±20V to ±110V, 220VPP
* 240VPP absolute maximum
* Low off capacitance: 5pF
* Low on capacitance: 10pF
* Low on resistance (RONL): 12Ω
* Fast turn-on time: 3μs (maximum)
* Up to 7
