- Output voltage: 5 V, 3.8 V, 3.3 V, 3 V, 2.8 V,
2.7 V, 2.5 V, 1.8 V, 1.6 V, and variable.
- Dropout voltage, typically 300 mV at 150 mA.
- Thermal protection.
- Overcurrent limitation.
- Less than 2-µA quiescent current in shutdown
mode.
