The UCC28070A device is an extended frequency range derivative of the UCC28070 device, capable of operating at low switching frequencies desired for IGBT power-switch based PFC converters in highpower applications.

of the UCC28070 device are also available in the UCC28070A device. The 180° out-of-phase interleaved operation generates substantial reduction in input and output ripple currents and conducted EMI filtering becomes easier and less expensive.
