Applications
The TPA653x series op-amps are CMOS single, dual, and quad RRIO op-amps with low offset, low power, and stable high-frequency response. They incorporate 3PEAK’s proprietary and patented design techniques to achieve 300-k Hz bandwidth, 0.15-V/μs slew rate, and low distortion while drawing only 25 μA of quiescent current per amplifier which is suitable for low-power applications.
The TPA653x series op-amps have 1-μVPP voltage noise at 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz, because the bipolar transistor with low 1/f noise is used as the input stage.
