TPAFE51760 Overview
Description
The TPAFE51760 is a 16-channel, 16-bit, dual simultaneous 2 x 1 MSPS sampling system based on successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The TPAFE51760 is highly integrated with an analog front-end for each channel, including an input overvoltage clamp, 1 MΩ input impedance, programmable gain amplifier (PGA), active low-pass filter, and ADC driver.
