The TPC2160 and TPC2161/TPC2161M are singlechannel, 16-bit, voltage output digital-to-analog converters with SPI interface. They accept a wide supply voltage range.
The TPC2160 output is 0 V to VREF, and the TPC2161/ TPC2161M can provides bipolar output ±VREF with external buffer and internal feedback resistor ladder.
These parts incorporate a power-on reset circuit to ensure that the DAC output powers up to 0 V (TPC2160 and TPC2161), or mid-scale (TPC2161M).
