The TPL6305 is a 3-A high-current, 1.4-V low-input voltage linear regulator with only 300-mV maximum ultralow-dropout voltage at full-load condition.
The TPL6305 supports adjustable output voltage ranging from 0.5 V to 5.2 V with an external resistor divider.
