TPL8034Q Overview
The TPL8034Q series supports operating with 3 V to 42 V (45-V maximum transient voltage). Operating with as low as 3 V allows the TPL8034Q to work well during cold-crank and start-stop conditions. The TPL8034Q products are 3-μA ultra-low quiescent low dropout voltage linear regulators with 300-mA maximum output current capability.
