The TPP20608x is a series of 17-V, 6-A output, synchronous, step-down, switch-mode converters with integrated power MOSFETs.

Features

Ultra-low RDS(ON) 18-mΩ and 15-mΩ MOSFETs.
200-kHz to 1.6-MHz Adjustable Switching Frequency.
Integrated PLL to Synchronize with External Clock.
Adjustable UVLO Voltage and Hysteresis.
Under-voltage and Over-voltage Power Good Output.
Adjustable Soft-Start and Sequencing.
Full-Current Range Low-dropout Operation.
Hiccup Current Limit.
0.6-V (TPP206080) / 0.8-V (TPP206081) 1% Internal Voltage Reference.
