TPP363083 Description
The TPP36308x is a simple, easy-to-use, 3-A output, synchronous, step-down, and switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. The TPP36308x integrates low-RDS(ON) power transistors in the TSOT23-6 package with internal soft-start, pensation, and protection.
