The TPTMP75 is a digital temperature sensor ideal for replacement of negative temperature coefficient (NTC) and positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistor. The accuracy of the device is typical ± 1°C without requirements of calibration or external signal conditioning.
The device includes an on-chip 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), which offers resolutions down to 0.0625°C.
