The AAT8641 series are designed for the protection of one-cell rechargeable Li-Ion battery High Accuracy Voltage Detection pack against over charge, over discharge, over Low Current Consumption: current and short circuit. They use CMOS 3μA Supply Current (Typical) process to provide high accuracy voltage 0.1μA Shutdown Current detection while consuming relatively low amount of current.
