S-1324 Description
© ABLIC Inc., 2017-2022 5.5 V INPUT, 200 mA, LOW NOISE VOLTAGE REGULATOR Rev.1.1_00 The S-1324 Series, developed by using the CMOS technology, is a positive voltage regulator IC which has low noise and low dropout voltage. Output noise is as low as 17 μVrms typ., and a ceramic capacitor of 1.0 μF or more can be used as the input and output capacitors. It also has high-accuracy output voltage of ±1.0%.
