S-8255A Series www.ablic.com © ABLIC Inc., 2018 BATTERY MONITORING IC FOR 3-SERIAL TO 5-SERIAL CELL PACK Rev.1.4_00 The S-8255A Series is a monitoring IC for 3-serial to 5-serial cell lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, which includes high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. The S-8255A Series can monitor the status of 3-serial to 5-serial cell lithium-ion rechargeable battery packs. Cascade connection using the S-8255A Series realizes monitoring 6-serial or more cells lithium-ion rechargeable battery packs.
