1. OVERVIEW
The ADAM40X272X is the high speed and low voltage operating 4-bit single chip microputer. This chip contains ADAM40 core, ROM, RAM, input/output ports , two timer/counters, etc. The ADAM40P272X is MTP version and the ADAM40S272X is Masked ROM version.
