1. Overview
The ADAM45P5216/08 is the High Speed and Low Voltage operating 4-bit single chip microputer. This chip contains ADAM45 CPU, EPROM, RAM, Timer/PWM, Interrupt, Watch Dog Timer, 12-bit ADC, Two Analog parator, 8-bit DAC, Input/Output Ports and Oscillation Circuit.
