  • R. M. S On-State Current ( IT(RMS)=1A ).
  • Very high immunity to false turn-on by dV/dt.
  • Triggering in three quadrants only.
  • Pin compatible with standard triacs.
  • Safe clamping capability for low energy over-voltage transients.
