AP1025BEN Overview
The AP1025BEN provides a plete stepper motor driver solution with built-in LDMOS FET and its internal capacitors type charge pump circuit for the 45V & 1.6A constant current operation. Clock-in input mode and Parallel input mode is selectable by the setting of an external terminal. The IC is housed in a small 32-pin QFN package and excellent in heat dissipation.
