AP1151ADS Description
The AP1151ADS is a low dropout linear regulator with ON/OFF control, which can supply 200mA load current. The IC is an integrated circuit with a silicon monolithic bipolar structure. The output voltage can be set from 1.3V to 14.5V by external resistors.
