AME5284 Description
The AME5284 is a Synchronous Rectified Step-Down Converter with internal power MOSFETs. It achieves 4A continous output current over a wide switching frequency range with excellent load and line regulation. Current mode operation provides fast transient response and eases of loop stabilization.
