A25P020 - Serial Flash Memory

Description

The A25P020 is 2M bit Serial Flash Memory, with advanced write protection mechanisms, accessed by a high speed SPI-compatible bus.

The memory can be programmed 1 to 256 bytes at a time, using the Page Program instruction.

  • 2.3V to 3.6V Single Supply Voltage.
  • SPI Bus Compatible Serial Interface.
  • 100MHz Clock Rate (maximum).
  • Advanced Protection Features - Software and Hardware Write-Protect - Top/Bottom, Bloc.
