RF Port, Path 1 Control Voltage, RF Path 1 Control Voltage, RF Path 2 RF Port, Path 2 Common Port Bias Voltage (logic high) RF Common Port Ground No Connection (1) Notes: (1) Pins 1, 5, 9 and 12 are not connected in the package. Recommend pins be grounded, but is not necessary.
