APL3209 Description
The APL3209 is a constant-current/constant-voltage linear charger for single cell Li+ batteries. The APL3209 needs no external MOSFETs or diodes, and accepts input voltage up to 6.5V. On-chip thermal regulation protects the APL3209 from excessive temperature, and optimizes the board design for pact size and typical thermal conditions.
