APL3537 Description
The APL3537 is an ultra-low on-resistance, power-distri- -RDS(ON)=10.5mΩ at VIN=5V -RDS(ON)=12mΩ at VIN=3.6V -RDS(ON)=12.5mΩ at V =1.8V IN -RDS(ON)=17.5mΩ at V =1V IN Ultra-Low Quiescent Current: VIN=1V Condition, 10µA (Max.) 3A Maximum Continuous Output Current bution switch with internal soft start control. The device is an N-channel MOSFET which needs only one input voltage from 0.95V to 5.5V.
