General Description

APW7153/A/B is a 3A synchronous buck converter with integrated 110mΩ power MOSFETs.

The APW7153/A/B is designed with a current-mode control scheme;

it can convert wide input voltage of 2.6V to 5.5V to the output voltage adjustable from 0.8V to 5.5V to provide excellent output voltage regulation.
