APW8743D Overview
The device is specially designed to provide high efficiency at lighter loads in the range of 4 to 50mA as the application requires while providing peak currents of up to 500mA. The APW8743C/D/E is equipped with an automatic PFM/ PWM mode operation. At light load, the converter operates in the PFM mode to reduce the switching losses and provide high efficiency.
