DESCRIPTION Aplus’ a MTPxx M series is multi-time program voice IC. It is fabricated with Standard CMOS process with voice storage flash memory. Offer five trigger modes: Key trigger mode, sequential mode, CPU parallel mode, CPU serial mode and MP3 mode, facilitate different user interface. User selectable triggering and output signal options provide maximum flexibility to various applications. External resistor ROSC control oscillator, 8-bit resolution current mode D/A output and PWM direct speaker driving minimize the number of external ponents.
