This is a color active matrix TFT (Thin Film Transistor) liquid crystal display (LCD) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching devices. This model is posed of a Transmissive type TFT-LCD Panel, driver circuit ,back-light unit. The resolution of a 3.97" TFT-LCD contains 480(RGB) x 800 pixels, and can display up to 16.7M colors.
