ATF280E Overview
The ATF280E is a radiation hardened SRAM-based reprogrammable FPGA. It has been especially designed for space application by implementing hardened cells and permanent selfintegrity check mechanism. The ATF280E is manufactured using the ATMEL 0.18µ rad-hard AT58KRHA CMOS technology.
