Semiconductor IC protector Description The SIP25 is a IC protector which has the current interception ability that can be very trusted to protect IC and those circuits from a chance short-circuit load. And, this IC protector must open a circuit safely and rapidly when it exceed the current interception level though resists very low internal in usual operation regardless of AC or DC circuit. Features - Sharp and repeatable interruption characteristic - Very low internal resistance. - Good temperature characteristics Operation notes Do not use this product for the circuit with the primary of a mercial power supply and excessive power supply capacity.
