Overview
Avago's 2.5 Amp Automotive R2Coupler Gate Drive Optocoupler contains an AlGaAs LED, which is optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. The ACPL-K34T features fast propagation delay and tight timing skew, is ideally designed for driving power MOSFETs used in AC-DC and DC-DC converters.
