ACPL-M75L Single-channel High Speed 15 MBd CMOS optocoupler with Glitch-Free Power-Up Feature Data Sheet Lead (Pb) Free RoHS 6 fully compliant RoHS 6 fully compliant options available; -xxxE denotes a lead-free product Description The ACPL-M75L (single-channel) is 15 MBd CMOS optocouplers in SOIC-5 package. The optocouplers utilize the latest CMOS IC technology to achieve outstanding performance with very low power consumption. Basic building blocks of ACPL-M75L are high speed LEDs and CMOS detector ICs. Each detector incorporates an integrated photodiode, a high speed transimpedance amplifier, and a voltage comparator with an output driver. Component Image Anode 1 ACPL-M75L 6 Vdd 5 Vo Cathode 3 SHIELD 4 Gnd A 0.1uF bypass capacitor must be connected between pins 4 and 6.
