The ACPL-M75L (single-channel) is 15 MBd CMOS optocouplers in SOIC-5 package. The optocouplers utilize the latest CMOS IC technology to achieve outstanding performance with very low power consumption. Basic building blocks of ACPL-M75L are high speed LEDs and CMOS detector ICs.
