AFEM-7780 Description
The AFEM-7780 is a fully matched WCDMA Band1 FrondEnd Module (FEM) featuring the integration of Avago Technologies’ power amplifier and FBAR. The AFEM-7780 offers extended talk time and excellent linearity by using CoolPAM technology, which enhances efficiencies in low and medium power mode. Idle current is as low as 11mA.
