The det ector consists of a high-speed phot ovoltaic diode arra y and driver circuitry to switch on/off t wo discrete high v oltage MOSFETs.

  • High Input-to-Output Insulation Voltage (Safety and Regulatory Approved) - 3750 Vrms for 1 min per UL1577 - CSA Component A.

ASSR-1218 , ASSR-1219 and ASSR-1228 Form A, Solid State Relay (Photo MOSFET) (60V/0.2A/10) Data Sheet Description The ASSR-12X X S eries c onsists of an AlG aAs infrar ed light-emitting diode (LED) input stage optically coupled to a high-v oltage output det ector circuit. The det ector consists of a high-speed phot ovoltaic diode arra y and driver circuitry to switch on/off t wo discrete high v oltage MOSFETs. The relay turns on (c ontact closes) with a minimum input curr ent of 3mA thr ough the input LED . The r elay turns off (c ontact opens) with an input v oltage of 0.8V or less. The single channel c onfigurations, ASSR-1218 and ASSR-1219, are equivalent to 1 Form A Elec tromechanical Rela ys (EMR), and the dual channel c onfiguration, ASSR-1228, is equivalent t o 2 F orm A EMR.
