ASSR-1410, ASSR-1411 and ASSR-1420 General Purpose, Form A, Solid State Relay (Photo MOSFET) (60V/0.6A/1) Data Sheet Lead (Pb) Free RoHS 6 fully compliant RoHS 6 fully compliant options available; -xxxE denotes a lead-free product Description The ASSR-14X X S eries c onsists of an AlG aAs infrar ed light-emitting diode (LED) input stage optically coupled to a high-v oltage output det ector circuit. The det ector consists of a high-speed phot ovoltaic diode arra y and driver circuitry to switch on/off t wo discrete high v oltage MOSFETs. The relay turns on (c ontact closes) with a minimum input curr ent of 3mA thr ough the input LED . The r elay turns off (c ontact opens) with an input v oltage of 0.8V or less.
